Those Four Days

Uwooo went to Malaysia without parents seriously-freakingly AWESOME!

The fact that I could buy many things in IKEA (there's no IKEA store in Indonesia.. sad me), went to Genting Highland and seriously having fun (cause nobody asked to go back to the hotel a.s.a.p).

I highly recommend to have a trip with your friend (if you were looking for many blasts memories) but if you were looking for safety, please go with your parents =P

First day, we went to KLIA by Malaysian Airlines with 500 flight (5 AM flight) and arrived safe and sound on 800 (GMT +8). We both were picked up by Ditta's auntie who's living in Subang (more like the Depok part of Jakarta). To be honest their apartment was freakingly awesome! Love the interior, love the furniture. Love everything!

On second day, we went to Genting Highland and having fun on the outdoor theme park. We're not really having fun, but kinda have fun while on the next day it's IKEA time! I bought many things such as quilt, quilt cover, bed sheet, cushion, cushion cover, a clock, frames, etc. Plenty huh? It was very cheap! I know I was blind folded when shopping there. Oh and we also ate the Switzerland Meat Ball. It's just a meat ball (a baso sapi) with french fries and sauce. What makes it tasty was the sauce. It's like the mushroom and bbq sauce melted away (I was drooling when imagined the taste).

Final day, we had to go back to Indonesia. First of all we arrived one hour prior to the boarding time. Also we did a little bit of shopping until we realized it's boarding time! Yup we got to the boarding room 4 minutes before take off! What a crazy shopping couple!

However those four days were one of the most exciting days of my life and I can't wait to meet Tante Sinta, Om Bowo, and Gendis again!

Anyhow..... have nice days sister! =]

A List

Hey fellas!

Recently I bought some DVDs (I decided to stop buying piracy, let's help our artists) to company me at home. Well, it's kinda out-dated but it's worth to watch :))

Also I wanna make a list for the movies I'm gonna watch this summer. Just wanna sharing with you all :))

DVD

1. G.I Joe >> forgot with whom I watched this, but the reason I bought because I want to see Lee Byunghun :))

2. Cin(t)a >> it's a great movie about differences. Learnt a lot from this movie :))

3. Benchwarmers >> the story about the underestimated guys in an underdog baseball team who's finally won the big match.

4. Superbad >> it's another just-for-fun movie.

Movie List:

1. You're Beautiful (미남이 시네요)

this is SBS's last year production but I managed to finally finished watching it. I love Kang Shin Woo's personality here :))
The story is about a new band, A.N.Jell, who's having a new member Go Minam. However Go Minam has a twin sister, Go Minyo which prepared to be a nun. The casts are Jang Geunseok, Jung Yonghwa, Lee Hongki.

2. I.R.I.S

this is the movie that makes me to buy G.I Joe. Lee Byunghun is here and, seriously, I couldn't make any comments cause I'm currently watching this. By the way this is KBS production and played the same time as You're Beautiful.

3. Despicable Me

~~While others have watched this -hilarious- I haven't. Don't give me any damn spoilers. Please.~~
Finally watched it today (2010/07/27) with Ditta, Gratje and mas Arga. 3D! Yaay :)) This movie seriously kills my day. Couldn't stop laughing and talking "poppoy poppoy" "cup cup cup poppoy poppoy" :))

4. Eclipse

I know this movie is sooooo last month, but after a months of its opening I haven't watched, yet. Maybe I'll wait for the DVD (or Star Movies).

5. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow part 1

I am a Harry Potter fans. Deep down inside, I am a geek. Seriously have to watched this movie. STAT!

6. Inception

This is Leonardo's movie. Supposed to be W-O-W. or I hope so...

7. The Sorcerer's Apprentice

I heard it's about to release this week! Would someone company me? ;))

8. Toy Story 3

This is the last chapter from Woody's adventure with Andy. I watched this and cried. In all of sudden I missed all my childhood toys (mostly only piano) cause they helped me through my childishness ;))

For now, that's all. Still looking for any options :))

Hey people! Recently, a friend of mine introduced me to a new concept of blogging. Tumblr. First thing crossed in my mind when he told me was "tumblr? as in my starbucks tumblr?". I know I'm kinda lack of update with new technology (for now), but after I created an account also installed tumblr in my blackberry (my new bestfriend) I kinda falling in love with it! Seriously!

Soooooo ...

For now I'm going to updating my status and my daily blogging from tumblr. Twitter works as well, but you can't post for more than 140 words (except using twitlonger app) on twitter. Hence tumblr it is! :))

Jogja part 2

Hey! though am not in jogja anymore but I love to share my jogja moments :)). in the previous post I mentioned about keraton jogja. well guess am gonna tell you something about it, for now.

kraton has plenty areas. but first thing you should know, there are two alun-aluns, alun-alun lor (north) and alun-alun kidul (south). if you look closely from kraton through alun-alun lor, you'll see mount merapi (one of the volcanic mountains in indonesia). and if you went straight from alun-alun kidul through plengkung gading (gading gate), you'll reach imogiri then parangtritis sea. fyi, imogiri is a royal graveyard complex in yogyakarta.

basically kraton is divided into seven parts. there are alun-alun, kamandhungan lor (death sentence), sri manganthi, kedhaton complex (common people are not allowed, this is the heart of the palace), kamagangan complex, kemandhungan, and bangsal sitihinggil. unfortunately I couldn't provided the pictures cause my grandfather made me promise to not publish the photos. but after I browsed, I got some pictures :))

in kedhaton complex, all princes used to stay in kasatriyan while princess and queen stayed in keputren. since Sultan HBX only has one wife, all of his family are now live in kraton kilen. kasatriyan is now used to be a museum which can be seen by tourists.

I guess it's all for kraton. wow never thought I could be this passionate when writing about my heritage :))

Hey people! How are you?

Lately I couldn't stop smiling. I don't know why, I just can't :))

by the way I am in jogja now. yes, jogja which located in the southern java island, who has kraton jogja. for your info, kraton jogja (or keraton jogja) is a sultan's palace. for now Sultan Hamengku Buwono X is the sultan. also for your another info there are two types of keraton. the first one is located in jogjakarta (keraton ngayogyakarta hadiningrat) and the other is located in solo/surakarta (keraton surakarta hadiningrat). the jogjakarta's keraton built by Sultan Hamengku Buwono I, while surakarta's keraton built by Sultan Pakubowono II. I don't really know about the surakarta's keraton, hence am gonna write about jogjakarta's keraton (but not now).

I am so happy. extremely happy. Maybe because I could finally meet my long-time-no-see cousin :)). Anyway I am just beyond happy here :)

Btw did you know that SHBX is my grandfather? Though we didn't really bonded but, hey!, gotta know the old man first :) See you later on another post!

today, I just wanna say:

BIOCHEMISTRY TEST + FIELD TRIP + NO BREAKFAST + SLEEPYHEAD =

CRAZY HEADACHE!

yup, today I went to Indofood factory in order to complete one of food technology tasks, field trip. and before I went to Indofood factory, which located in padalarang -which very closed to bandung- and located somewhere nowhere, I had biochemistry test! yaaaay! my second time biochemistry test. if last year I couldn't did it properly cause I fell asleep during the test and woke up 30 minutes before the end time, this year I couldn't did it because (honestly) I watched movies whole day the day before. I guess am gonna see you again next year, my dear biochemistry subject (knocking on woods hundreds time).

about the field trip... cause I went later with the other 11 students (jessie, olive, nita, irene, yossi, nugra, vanno, obed, tomo, leo, and erica) we almost late for the factory tour. the first tour was indomie's (instant noodle such as popmie and etc.) and the second was promina's (baby's food). with a lunch break which I gotta say, the food didn't prepared properly. and we gotta make a field trip's report. per individual! okaaaay, no notes, no photos... no reports haha!

sooooo I definitely need my sleep now. no study activities for tomorrow's exam : biochemistry laboratory. screw exams ... hahaha! x))

The last couple weeks I spent at home. Bed rest only. My old-time-very-loyal-trustworthy-"boyfriend" came for a short visit. Not a boyfriend boyfriend, more like boy-bacteria-friend. The one and only Salmonella thyphi! YAY!

Actually I did hope he came visit, but for long time as in super long time.

Almost a month with no new news. Sorry :((

(though I know you won't accept any excuses)

This past few days have been soul-eating-schedule.. It's also bad things came one by one.

Actually I have watched "Alice in Wonderland", "Death Bell", and the recent "When In Rome". This almost-wrecked brain told me everyday to post it, but these lazy fingers won't do. Hence I tried to write some here. Forgive first :))

All my problems, to some of you, probably mean no thing. But believe me, it comes one by one, everyday (except labs and reports) even mid-semester exams which coming soon means nothing.

What I'm trying to say here is: I'm heavily stressed. I miss one of my friend, who used to be my person in here, thanks to you! my person is stepping away. And I'm completely lost without my person. That person keeps me sane, and as he/she goes away, this unfriendly strange world eats me day by day.

Just give me a break, for once!

I've been meaning to name my website with "penguin" stuff and yet I haven't done for 3 years! Finally I could give a little touch of penguin on my web :)

WHY PENGUIN??

For those who didn't go to the same high school as I did, you probably wouldn't know my nicks. It was "Cici" and "Penguin" (or "Pengu") but mostly people called me "Cici" only really closest friends called me Pengu.

Well, the originality came from Davin. He's my classmate on 10th grade and he had this idea to make a zoo-class cause he thought this class really looked like a zoo with Dewanto as the owner (Dewanto was the super-filthiest-richiest-ritchie-rich people I've known until now. He is SBY's nephew). And blahblahblahblahblah Davin named me penguin.

WHY??!!

He said "you're white pale, your hair is long and dark, and you are chubby like a penguin. Also you couldn't stand a night on jambore". Okaaay! I know I was a fatty chubby kid, but I'm not that fat anymore. So why do I still in love with penguins?

From some books I read before, penguins are the romantic-type of animals. Penguins only have one partner for a life-time. If the partner's gone, it will live in loneliness and die eventually. When a penguin proposed, they will find the nicest rock to be given to the lady (a diamond stone would be great for me *_*). They swim, they love fish, most of them live in temperate area (just like me). They are colored in black and white! My favorite colors :)). What else ... There are so many things about penguin I want to share. But if I have to describe penguin in one word, it would be: FUNNY!

In Blue-tween

Today is harpitnas (hari kejepit nasional, I don't know the English) because tomorrow I'll have another day-off for Nyepi Day. As Indonesian, harpitnas really is the laziest day of all. Where people rather take off for longer holiday. Well this month, the laziest day is on Monday; which is the day after Sunday; which is the day after weekend; which is IF we took a day off we'll have 4 days off! Weehee holidays! Don't ask me why I love holidays mucho mucho (can you gimme reasons? haha).

About previous post... During my two-months-holiday, I found another crush (celebrity's crush, not crush crush). It's CNBLUE. Korean band. I'm A Loner was their debut on January 2010. Still update huh? LOL

This is their hot debut on South Korea

While most people fell in love with Yong Hwa (the lead singer and guitarist), I fell for Lee Jong Hyun (the curly cute guy, guitarist, singer). Guitarist. again.

First of all, I wanna say sorry to my readers for haven't post anything in a month. Sorry to choose twitter more than blogging. Sorry to not sharing any. Sorry. Gomenasai. Bianheyo.

Enough with the apologies, let's start the post :))

Sounds sorrow? I really had no idea about any excitement with March (except Ditta's birthday and Ninja Assassin released the original DVD). So, yeah, here is the list of my courses for this semester:
Food technology

too few? I know, it's because I took Korean lesson on saturday so I couldn't be able to take either virology or functional food (pangan fungsional).

Groups for this semester:
Food technology laboratory (group 9) --> Niko (again), Myra, Meirina, and Sumitomo

Biochemistry laboratory (group 1) --> Deborah, Eric, Agung, Yuliany, and Annes

Before I forgot, I bought THE SIMS 3! Yaay! Finally the game I've been waiting for, it's installed on my lovely laptop and company me for the rest of the semester :))

I also quited boarding thingy due to personal reasons. Sorry friends, actually I want to stay on boarding house but .......

Many things really happened. Such as a 123456789 incident which made my friend shut down his account. Well I don't blame him though, it's just silly watching two children having war x)).

Also welcoming Maria Deborah on blogging world! She is one of my lab's partner (see biochemistry laboratory). Read her blog as well on strawberry cheese cake.

Enough for today I guess. Back to The Sims again x))
